Adulthood refers to the time in the human lifespan in where physical and mental maturity has occurred. Typically, the age of adulthood is around age 21 or 20. The middle age begins at approximately 40 and is followed by the old age of about 60. In adulthood there are three distinct stages early adulthood (18-30 years), Middle Adulthood (30-60 year olds) and Late adulthood (60%-60 percent). It is the time to complete physical development at the point we are in our early adulthood years (20-40s) however, height and weight might be a little higher. In the early years of adulthood, we attain the top of our physical abilities.
